BLW Recipe: Quinoa Banana Bread

I love coming up with new recipes, especially ones for my 10 month old daughter. This recipe was inspired by having a ton of left over, unseasoned quinoa in the fridge and needing to find something to make with it!

These were made for my baby, but they are so so yummy, anyone will LOVE them! They are a healthy treat you won't feel guilty about.



Ingredients: I use all natural and organic ingredients.

3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 C. almond or coconut milk
1 1/2 C. cooked quinoa
1 C. coconut flour

Mix all wet ingredients, add dry.

Mix well.

Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

And done! So simple and fast!

No sugar. Full of super foods. High in nutrients. And super tasty.
Although, a tad bit messy! But we love it! Makes eating for baby even more fun!
