BLW: Feeding the Older Baby

Right now Amelia is just over 10 months old, and she seriously wants to eat EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME! Which makes it really easy to feed her, but I do continually find myself running out of new ideas. It can be hard to find healthy, organic options so that we are not feeding her the same foods every day/week.

I was bummed when I went on a hunt for new ideas on pinterest and really didn't find much that I wasn't already doing. That is what gave me the idea to throw this post together. These are a few things I often make for meals that Amelia really enjoys. All organic, healthy, delicious, and super easy to make.

Breakfast:

Eggs, berries, mini bagel.

French toast sticks, blueberries, eggs.

Eggs, kiwi, squash.

Blueberries, avocado, sweet potato hash, eggs.

Berries, eggs, strawberry muffin

Blackberries, strawberries, eggs, avocado toast.

Egg sandwich: toast, avocado, omelet with spinach, blueberries.

Lunch or Dinner:

Avocado sauce pasta, peas, carrots with coconut oil and dill.

Macaroni and peas.

Peanut butter tortilla roll up, apples, sauteed zucchini.

Roasted dill potatoes, green beans, peas.

Pineapple, sweet potatoes, zucchini pasta with tomato basil sauce.

Pineapple, brussels sprouts, red potatoes.

Burrito bowl: jasmine rice, black beans, avocado.

Buttered noodles with peas, yobaby yogurt, blueberries.

Quinoa bowl: quinoa, shredded carrots and apple.

Homemade butternut squash soup with toast.

Vegetable quinoa cakes, peas, zucchini.

"Fried rice": egg, brown rice, peas. (I would have added carrots but oddly we have realized that they hurt Amelia's tummy!)

Quinoa banana bread, peas, pita pizza: pita bread, spread homemade tzatkiki sauce and topped with red peppers.

Quinoa and kale soup with vegetable broth.

All of these are super easy, healthy, and Amelia loves them! I hope your babe does too.

Thanks for reading,
Chelsea
